Foam Cushion

Hello everyone!!

I am sharing with y’all a simple DIY tutorial for a foam cushion. When we built our house we added a bench in the laundry room.

I couldn’t find a cushion for the bench that fit right so what else is there to do but DIY it!!

What you need:

  1. Foam pad- I used a 3″ but you can use whatever size you want. Make sure you measure your area and buy a foam pad that’s big enough.
  2. Material
  3. Scissors
  4. Marker
  5. Glue gun
  • Electric carving knife or super good scissors if your pad is thin enough. Here we go…Now we are going measure and cut our foam. I am not responsible for any injury you may incur using the carving knife, lol. I do recommend having someone hold the foam while you cut. Measure your material and cut it. Use your scissors this time and not the carving knife 🤣🤣
  • Now you wrap it like a Christmas present. Hopefully you are good at wrapping!
  • Wrap and glue, wrap and glue, wrap and glue There you have it!! Super easy, no sew, DIY bench cushion! Hope that was helpful!
