Pinterest Inspired Spring / Summer Looks

There are so many social media sites to go to for inspiration! From fashion, DIY’s, & cooking to plant care. We went from my generation, who had to rely on encyclopedias, newspapers, tv, or misinformation from our parents, to today where there’s and abundance of information everywhere you look!

While I love Fb & IG reels, Tik tok videos, & YouTube shorts, I still find myself searching Pinterest for how to’s and outfit inspiration!

I found 3 cute Pinterest looks and decided to try to re-create them! Let me know what you think!!

Shorts & Kimono

How cute is this outfit? I love the flowy kimono paired with the denim and tank! Such an easy look and the kimono would go with so many other outfits! It would also be a cute swimsuit cover up!

The kimono is one size fits all and comes in several other patterns. This one has pink, peach, orange, and a purple-blue. I sized up on the tank for a longer fit and the shorts are true to size. I went with a simple & affordable sandal.

Linen pants and Tank

Linen pants & overalls are so easy to style! I love how these linen pants have the ruffle detail at the top. I think she has the pants paired with a bodysuit. I went with a tank, not that I dislike bodysuits, but let’s just be honest… they aren’t very convenient.

Here’s my short, thick girl version of the look!

I found VERY similar pants. I’m only 5ft tall so of course I had to do a small roll at the bottom. I paired them with this cute tank top with the ruffle details! This top can also be off shoulder and comes in several colors.

Jeans & Tee

I’m 100000% a tee shirt person! You could dress this look up or down depending on what shoes and accessories you choose!

This tee shirt is so comfy! It has the batwing sleeves and comes in several colors. I sized down to a small. The jeans are a midrise oversized jean. If you’re thin you may want to size down.

Look 1 is my favorite! I paired it with these golden goose dupe shoes and a cap. It would look great with a cross body bag.

Look 2 was inspired by the Pinterest look! I paired it with these cream mules. A dressier purse would go great with this look.

Look 3 I added these sandals with a 1” lift and a thin headband. A fringe purse would be so cute with this.
