This month I’ll show you how I have used thrift store items to decorate for the Holidays!
Thanksgiving Tablescape

My Thanksgiving tablescape is put together using antique plates, vintage brass candlesticks, thrift store napkins, and this old RC Cola box that I filled with pumpkins and antlers.
Garland

I recently found a bag of green bells at a local thrift store. I initially thought about using rub and buff and changing the color, but the more I looked at them the more the green grew on me.
There are 2 different ways you can turn bells into garland using twine. Either feed the twine through the top of the bells and tie a knot. Just repeat this with each bell. Or you can use a ornament hangers or pipe cleaner and loop through the bell and then twist onto the twine.
Combining New and Old

Throughout our whole house you will find new decor mixed with thrift store finds. Thrift store finds include amber jars, tins, doilies, crocks, wicker baskets, stools, scales, ornaments, candlesticks, and milk glass.
You can find this Buffett table redo here and the adorable King of Christmas Tree here.
Don’t forget to keep scrolling and check out everyone else’s thrift store finds and see how they use them!
